I’ll review your answers and get in touch to book a free consultation call. During this, we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and the best way forward. Afterward, I’ll send over a summary, pricing, and next steps. Nothing is locked in until you’re ready!
Is your approach structured or more flexible?
It’s a mix of both! We have a structured approach to ensure clarity and progress, but every client is unique. We’ll tailor the strategy to your needs while keeping things manageable and effective.
What if I need help with something outside of the listed services?
If you have a specific marketing challenge that isn’t covered in the listed services, reach out! We offer solutions to fit your needs.
Do you only work with makers, or do you take on other types of clients?
We specialise in working with makers and creative business owners, but have helped everyone from career coaches to restaurants with their marketing, so we are happy to chat if you feel aligned with my approach. Let’s see if we’re a good fit!
Do you offer one-off strategy sessions, or do I need a full package?
Yes! If you’re looking for a one-off strategy session to refine your marketing approach, we offer standalone sessions tailored to your needs. These are great for tackling specific challenges, brainstorming new ideas, or getting clarity on your next steps, without committing to a full package.
💰 Pricing & Payments
Do I have to pay for everything upfront, or do you invoice monthly?
We can invoice for strategy work in one lump, or in three parts throughout the project! Onoging retainer work is invoiced at the end of the month for work completed.
How do you handle pricing if we adjust the scope partway through a project?
I keep things flexible. If we need to shift focus, we’ll discuss adjustments upfront, ensuring clarity around any pricing changes before moving forward.

What do I actually receive at the end of working with you?
You’ll receive clear, actionable strategy and audit designed to make your marketing easier and more effective.
How involved do I need to be in the process?
This is a collaborative process. While we take care of the research, strategy, analysis, and execution, the foundation of our work comes from you. Your ideas, your goals, and your unique voice. That’s why we have regular check-ins to make sure everything is aligned. If you’re looking for a completely hands-off approach, we may not be the best fit, as successful marketing strategy requires your input to feel authentic and effective.
Do I need to already have a brand, social media, and website, or can you help me create one from scratch?
I work best when there’s an existing business foundation. If you’re just starting, I can still help with branding and audience strategy, but I don’t build websites from scratch. I do know some great people who do if you need pointing in the right direction.
⏳ Timelines & Availability
How long does it take to complete a project?
We like to keep strategy building as tight as possible. For two reasons! One is that we want the research you're working on to be as current as possible. The other is we want you to action it as soon as possible to start seeing results!
What if I need to pause or reschedule our work together?
We understand that life happens! If you need to pause or reschedule, please give me at least one month’s notice so we can adjust accordingly. If notice is given less than a month in advance, a rescheduling fee may apply to account for the time set aside for your project. My goal is to keep things flexible while ensuring fairness for both of us.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We typically book projects at least a month in advance, as work is planned on a monthly basis. For ongoing clients, we schedule work quarterly to ensure smooth progress. If you're thinking about working together, get in touch early so we can plan ahead and secure your spot!

This depends on how much time you have to invest in your marketing. The more effort you put in the more you will get out!
Will you just tell me what to do, or will you actually create content for me?
The best content creation will come from you, but we are on hand after strategy creation to make the process easier in a few ways! Just get in touch and we can figure it out together.
I don’t want to be on social media all the time—can you still help?
Absolutely! Our approach is about making marketing work for you, not overwhelming you. We’ll build a strategy that fits your energy and availability.
