Creating a Sustainable & Agile Content Strategy

How a flexible content system helped a busy career coach stay visible across multiple channels without adding more operational strain.
At a glance
Client: Just Jaz
Sector: Career coaching, workshops and webinars
Focus: Content strategy, repurposing, visibility and brand consistency
Channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Eventbrite and website
My role: Built a flexible content system, created a reusable content bank, shaped messaging across channels and reduced the day-to-day pressure of content creation.
The Challenge:
Just Jaz is a career coaching business supporting professionals through workshops, webinars and 1-1 coaching. As a multi-hyphenate founder, Jaz was balancing high-energy work across outreach, coaching, programme delivery and business development.
Content was important for visibility and bookings, but it was also becoming another task competing for her attention. The challenge was not simply to “post more.” It was to create a content system that could keep the business visible without adding more pressure to an already busy working week.
Because Jaz’s offers and priorities shifted regularly, the strategy also needed to stay flexible. A rigid calendar would have broken quickly. She needed enough structure to stay consistent, but enough agility to adapt when the business moved.
She needed:
✔ A flexible content system that could support visibility without creating more cognitive load.
✔ A reusable content bank built from existing workshops, webinars and ideas.
✔ A content calendar that gave structure without becoming restrictive.
✔ Consistent messaging across LinkedIn, Instagram, Eventbrite and website content.
✔ A practical way to repurpose ideas across different formats and channels.

The Solution:
I created a content strategy built around reuse, flexibility and momentum. Rather than asking Jaz to generate new ideas from scratch every week, the system made better use of what already existed: workshops, webinars, coaching themes, audience questions and recurring business messages.
The goal was to create a lighter operating rhythm for content, so visibility could continue in the background while Jaz focused on higher-value work.
Evergreen content bank: Turned existing workshops, webinars and recurring coaching themes into a bank of reusable content ideas, reducing the need to start from a blank page.
Flexible content calendar: Built a dynamic calendar that gave the business a consistent rhythm while leaving room for pivots, launches and changing priorities.
Cross-channel repurposing: Created a structure for adapting ideas across LinkedIn, Instagram, Eventbrite and website content, so the same core message could work in different places.
Brand voice consistency: Standardised messaging across platforms so the business felt coherent, recognisable and easier to understand.
Operational simplicity: Designed the system around Jaz’s real capacity, reducing decision fatigue and making content easier to maintain.
What changed operationally
Instead of treating each post, event listing or website update as a separate task, the business had a clearer content operating system. Core ideas could be captured once, reused across channels and adapted around current priorities.
This made content planning less reactive and gave Jaz a more sustainable way to stay visible while still protecting time and energy for coaching, workshops and business development.

The Results:
More time and energy for high-value work: With a clearer content system in place, Jaz could focus more attention on coaching, workshop delivery and business development.
Reduced task-switching fatigue: Content decisions became less scattered because ideas, themes and formats were organised into a reusable system.
Consistent brand messaging: Audiences experienced a more coherent brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, Eventbrite and website content.
A more sustainable content rhythm: The business had a practical structure for staying visible without relying on constant new ideas or last-minute content creation.
The strongest content systems are not always the most complicated. For Just Jaz, the priority was to create a structure that could flex with the business, reduce unnecessary decision-making and make better use of the ideas already in circulation. The result was a more sustainable content rhythm: one that supported visibility, protected energy and made it easier to keep showing up consistently.
If content is important to your business but hard to keep on top of, the answer is not always more ideas. Sometimes it is a better system for using the ideas, assets and expertise you already have. I can help you build a content strategy that feels clear, flexible and realistic to maintain.
